On September 7th, the Ipiranga Museum celebrates 130 years with a historic edition of Museum in Celebration, the institution's biggest event of the year, which has been held since 2017. free programming It brings together cultural activities that highlight the diversity, inclusion, and richness of popular culture.

In partnership with Sesc Ipiranga, the program also includes drawing and painting workshops, a birdwatching walk, an open Vogue class, and circus and literary performances.

The event is sponsored by Shell and has institutional partnerships with the Municipal Secretariat of Tourism and the Municipal Secretariat of Green Areas and Environment of the City of São Paulo.

Visiting the exhibitions

9am to 6pm (last entry at 5pm) – To ensure a more comfortable experience during your visit, due to the higher visitor traffic on that date, the following exhibitions will be on display. A History of Brazil, Imagined Pasts, and Understanding the Museum.
