A Online Training for Tourism Professionals This presentation introduces the Ipiranga Museum as a historical research institution and a public space for education and culture. The activity addresses the main themes of the long-term exhibitions and explains how group visits work.

During the meeting, participants learn about the Museum's role in preserving and interpreting Brazilian history. The training also provides guidance on visitation rules and scheduling procedures.

  • Rules for visiting and using the Museum's spaces.

The exhibitions explore the history of Brazilian society through objects, focusing on the 19th and 20th centuries.

The exhibition engages with long-term exhibitions, including "A History of Brazil," which features the painting "Independence or Death" by Pedro Américo, one of the best-known works in the Ipiranga Museum's collection.

There are also the exhibitions “Understanding the Museum”, “Imagined Pasts”, “Houses and Things”, “Worlds of Work”, “Territories in Dispute”, among others.

This training is designed for tour guides and other professionals working in the leisure and tourism industry.
