On São Paulo's anniversary, we invite the public to celebrate the city through its sounds, stories, and encounters.

In this special edition of Music in the Museum, The Ipiranga Museum welcomes DJ Bia Bless for the Sampa Dance. With the theme “"Black presence in the city of São Paulo"”, The event proposes a musical experience that connects the city's past and present through its rhythms.

Born in the capital, DJ Bia Bless is a producer, activist, and music researcher. Her sets traverse samba, MPB, groove, samba rock, black charme, afrobeat, hip hop, R&B, and funk soul house, connecting different repertoires and generations. The performance takes place in the museum's entrance hall and is open to the public.

Throughout the day, the museum offers the themed guided tour "City of São Paulo: Formation and Transformation," which invites the public to learn about the city's history through the exhibitions at the Ipiranga Museum, at 10:30 am and 2:00 pm.
